Wanting to further his knowledge and diversify his experience, Jordan took on additional responsibilities within sales administration alongside his property management role, gaining valuable insight into the broader operations of Real Estate.

Driven by his commitment to providing exceptional service and his genuine interest in the industry, Jordan progressed into the role of Property Manager, where he quickly established himself as a dedicated and reliable professional. Since 2022, Jordan has continued to advance his career, stepping into the role of Senior Property Manager and taking on greater responsibilities while continuing to deliver outstanding results for his clients.

His passion, leadership, and commitment to excellence saw him progress further into the role of Assistant Head of Property Management for North Lakes, where he supported the wider team and helped drive positive outcomes across the department. As of January 2026, Jordan proudly stepped into the position of Head of Property Management for North Lakes, a role he continues to enjoy and thrive in. He remains passionate about leading a successful team, embracing new challenges, and continuing to learn and grow within the ever-changing property industry.

Jordan loves that two days are never the same in Property Management and appreciates the constant opportunities to expand his knowledge, solve problems, and make a positive impact.
