We built this home 5 years ago and really enjoyed living here! We found the ‘Capestone’ estate to be in an ideal location, with shops and schools all within a 5-minute drive. As we are from New Zealand and most of our family are still there we decided to relocate back leaving us unsure what we really wanted to do with the house. We decided to rent the property for a short period until we could make up our minds whether the move would be permanent, as we were not quite ready to say goodbye to the home.

We have decided that now would be a good time as we won’t be returning to Brisbane. We wish the new owners as many happy memories in the home as we have had!
