Whilst the home was built in 2002, I purchased the property in 2011 and moved straight in. I loved living here as the location is convenient and was the ideal size for what I wanted. The double gate side access was really helpful when I lived there and the large alfresco space I felt provided some fantastic extra living space.

I decided to rent the property in 2013 after I moved out of the area and never had a problem finding good tenants. As I will not be moving back into the property I have decided to sell the home, so someone can enjoy it as I did and turn it into their own.
