Being on a 576m2 block, I had to opportunity to build a large home, so that is exactly what I did. At the time, I needed space for the kids and that’s why along with the 4 bedrooms there is 5 living areas.

I have had some fantastic memories in this house and wish the next owners the same. I am only selling as now it is just me and my daughter, and we simply do not need the space. Therefore, we want to stay in a similar area because we love it, just downsize!
