We’ve lived here for over 7 years now and it has been the ideal family home. Our son could walk to and from North Lakes State College every day without the worry of having to catch a bus. After our son finished school, he got a job up at McDonalds on Discovery Drive, which again couldn’t have been any more convenient. We have enjoyed being able to walk to the lake and even to Westfield for dinner and a movie.

The location has been perfect for us and we will be actively looking for somewhere else very close by.We are only selling due to not needing a 4-bedroom home anymore!With just the two of us now, it just doesn’t warrant so many rooms (we only use a third of the house). We certainly wish the next owners as many happy memories here as we have enjoyed!
