Originally Mango Hill included the suburb we now know as North Lakes. Since 2006 the suburb was divided, with the northern part rezoned as North Lakes and the southern part Mango Hill. Currently Mango Hill has the older section of homes, which are still very popular, and the NEW Capestone development by ‘Urbex’, which has created a lot of new home development. Capestone will have a central lake in its centre and is only minutes away to the new Mango Hill Train Station.

With the introduction of the train station, it makes it convenient for commuters travelling into Brisbane CBD, making the suburb an option for home buyers that before hadn’t considered it. St. Benedict’s Catholic College is a short walk away from the Capestone development and has become a very popular school for home occupiers close by.

Mango Hill has grown as a suburb with the completion of North Lakes and therefore can share many of the amenities. Westfield North Lakes, IKEA and the cinemas are all within a 5-minute drive from most homes in Mango Hill. Whether you are considering to buy to live in or buy as an investment, this area has lots of potential with everything it can offer the community.
