After purchasing the home new in 2015, the property became our family home. We absolutely loved living here and found the location is to be amazing! We love the Plantation trademark kitchen and felt the floorplan was really family friendly and suited exactly what we were after.

The swimming pool was a great addition and was made easier to install with the drive-through garage providing access to the back yard. The solar system has also been a great addition, reducing the quarterly power bills. We did move away so have rented the property out in the last couple of years but as we do not believe we will be moving back, we felt it would be a great time for someone else to call the property home.
