Bridgebury took over a rent roll from an agency that I was already very happy with. Notably, some of the staff moved with the rent-roll and everything has been well documented and seamless. Particularly I am impressed that many ‘little things’ get taken care of which makes a difference down the track when records and information is available that I hadn’t thought to record.

Communication is usually same day even for non urgent, and I feel that the tenants are very happy, so all round a great company to consider for managing a rental.
